Wholesome Buckwheat Honey Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Natural Honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • A pinch of  Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Butter or coconut oil for cooking

Instructions
